| 'JOE THE PLUMBER' HIRES PR PRO |
| |
Joe the Plumber has hired The Press Office in Nashville in hopes of landing a country music deal.

Sam ' Joe the Plumber' Wurzelbacher |
The firm owned Jim Della Croce promises “maximum PR” for the music industry professional. He has repped Waylon Jennings, Grand Funk Railroad, Merle Haggard and the Kentucky Headhunters in a 20-year career.
The Press Office also handles projects outside the Nashville music scene. Liquid Fence Co., for example, is among clients. It produces eco-safe and cruelty free goose, mole, cat and snake repellent. It also markets Liquid Net, a "Deet –free insect repellent for people, pets and horses."
Joe, who is unlicensed Ohio plumber Sam Wurzelbacher, got his 15 minutes of fame when he challenged personally challenged Barack Obama on the candidate’s health plan.
Though not an accomplished musician, Wurzelbacher is a C&W fan who sings a little and plays some guitar. He is shooting for an album for release by Inauguration Day.
Della Croce is handling media requests for Wurzelbacher. |

"JOE" The PR Guy (10/30):
Joe The Plummer has a real career ahead of him.If he's not happy with the current firm I know I can get him placement.
PR Honcho (10/30):
Keith Olbermann hilariously ripped into Joe the Con Man last night: LINK
Joe can officially join the the other demigods touched by politics like Jeff Gannon, Paula Jones and Jennifer Flowers in the pantheon of "almost famous for 15 minutes"!
GOPlease responds (10/30):
Honcho, true to form like the Acorn-loving, Ayers-coddling Dem you are, you join in going after a guy who was minding his own business on his own street. Barry comes up to him -- and he has the nerve to ask Barry a question (with Barry's TelePrompters nowhere in sight!). And, for this, he gets his life ripped apart, his background investigated, and then criticized by Barry, Senator Hairplugs and Teeth Caps, etc.
I can't wait till you guys win (NOT!). Joe Stalin would be proud.
PR Honcho responds (10/30):
GOPleased - We've missed your incisive wit and cogent observations! True to form, you come out swinging with ... Stalin, of all villians.
Why don't you check in next week after the election? Meantime, your poor hero Joe the Phony is just a greasy smear on the windshield of time, much like your other hero, Dubya.
GOPlease responds (10/30):
Honcho -- Happy to do so. And I love how you deplore the invocation of Stalin ... while careful readers will remember (and perhaps O'Dwyer's will link) to your cogent post comparing President Bush to Adolf Hitler. And, as for your premature.....gloating, let me ask you this: if you're looking at trends (as I am), which way are the polls (Gallup, Rasmussen, Zogby) trending? Hint: it's not the one praising the PLO's mouthpiece in a video the LA Times is quashing.
Northern PR responds (10/30):
GOPlease is still here? After all of these pathetic years of Bush sychophancy? The fact that he/she still uses GOP in his/her screen name says everything we need to know.
GOP, your 15 minutes was up a long time ago, pal! A new wind is blowing and it's going to blow your ilk right out the door with the rest of the Bush era detritus! Good riddance.
Joe Honick, GMA International Ltd (10/30):
GOP is the new Joe the Plumber and getting his own 15 minutes or more of fame for failing to remember that it was McCain who thrust him into the spotlight, only Joe the pipe cleaner did not have the mentality to know what to do with all that until some political hack and pr outfit told him. What would Andy Warhol do with Joe. It would be un-canny. OY!
Tippycanoe (10/30):
If Joe needs a song, I've got one for him, only it's a blues tune: "I've got the ree--eeee--distri buuu---shun blues." He can't be C&W anyway. He's midwestern.
Veep (10/30):
Fifteen minutes are up, Joe. |
