Taiwan has hired BKSH & Assocs. for a six-month contract
for public policy counsel, legislative outreach to House,
Senate and White House, and to arrange meetings for its officials
with members of the Bush White House. BKSH receives a $25K
monthly retainer for the work.
The contract is with Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative
Office in Washington, D.C.
BKSH chairman Charlie Black, who has served as spokesperson
for President Reagan and both Bush Administrations, is Taiwan's
point of contact for the business.
