She also will lead the China PA group and report to Thomas Mattia, the former Coca-Cola senior VP global PA and communications who was tapped last month to chair Edelman China.
Edelman also announced in February the shift of China CEO Mark Hass, ex-Manning, Selvage & Lee chief, to the U.S. as president/CEO.
Prior to B-M, Tian served in China’s diplomatic corps for a ten-year span with postings in the U.S. and Caribbean. She takes the Edelman positions on March 15.
Edelman’s China revenues have growth from $9 to $17M during the past two years, while the 10-market Asia-Pacific operation generates nearly $70M in revenues. |
