Arkansas’ fish and game entity is reviewing its PR account with an RFP process open through November 1.
Martin-Wilbourn Partners of Little Rock is the incumbent.
The RFP, released Oct. 1, covers crisis communications, media training, strategic counsel for controversial issues, and general PR to promote the $92M Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.
The commission last year reviewed its advertising and PR work after a state audit questioned some of its spending in those areas, as well as legal expenses. It is also locked in a legal battle with the federal government over land flooded from water releases through a dam under federal control. The dispute is currently before the U.S. Supreme Court.
