Jack Isselmann has joined Greenbrier Cos., a leading supplier of railroad equipment and services, as director of government relations and communications. He reports to president/CEO William Furman.
Isselmann also assumes duties of Susan Wilson, director/operations analysis, control and PA, who is moving to China. She will do some international consulting for the Lake Oswego, Ore-based Greenbrier.
Most recently, Isselmann was partner at law firm Tonkon Torp and head of its Oregon Government Relations practice. That included work for the state’s economic development group, university system, city of Hillsboro as well as Greenbrier.
Before joining the law firm, Isselmann was deputy director of Oregon’s Economic and Community Development Department.
At Greenbrier, Isselmann handles legislative matters, media relations, charitable contributions and internal communications. |
