Arizona, which is searching for its first PR rep in China, has released an RFP covering Brazil for the first time, as well.
The Grand Canyon State notes Brazil is one of the fastest growing markets to the U.S. with citizens who spend more per trip than those of any other country, except China. Brazilians in 2011 represented the 11th most important market
Arizona wants a PR firm with an office in Brazil to handle the account with the Arizona Dept. of Tourism. Tasks like media tours, clipping service and generating media leads are expected of the winning firm.
Proposals are due by Jan. 30. View the RFP (link).
Arizona in December kicked off a review to find a China PR firm for tourism, an RFP process that was recently extended until Jan. 17. The state works with firms in the U.S., U.K., Canada and Mexico. |
