Lisa Camooso Miller, architect of the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity’s promotional blitz in favor of the clean burning of America’s most abundant energy source, has moved to Blueprint Communications, a Republican PR shop.

She will join the shop headed by HDMK veterans Chad Kolton and Jim Morrell next month.

millerMiller also was communication director at the Republican National Committee and Commerce Dept. liaison to the Bush II White House.

Morrell was deputy chief of staff to then House Republican Conference chair Deborah Pryce of Ohio. Earlier, he was doing crisis work at Quinn Gillespie & Assocs. and spokesperson in president George W. Bush’s media shop.

He began in the Capitol Hill in the office of former Majority Whip Tom DeLay of Texas.

Kolton was press secretary at the White House Office of Management and Budget and deputy press secretary for the HRC when now Majority Leader John Boehner headed the group.
