Wal-Mart has added Hannegan Landau Poersch Advocacy, which was founded last year by veterans of WPP's Wexler Walker arm, to its lobbying line-up.
Tim Hannegan, (former WW president), Daniella Landau (WW senior VP) and Jennifer Poersch (WW senior VP) are to represent the globe’s No. 1 retailer on assorted regulatory, legislative and tax matters.
HLPA joins Wal-Mart's roster of blue-chip lobbying outfits including Patton Boggs, Podesta Group, Burson-Marsteller’s Prime Policy Group, Nickles Group and Mehlman Vogel Castagnetti.
The firm has done work for American Airlines, A.O. Smith, Western Union, Comcast, Fedex and Education Corp of America.
