Glover Park Group's Khristyn Brimmeier has moved to Global Strategy Group in Washington as VP of communications.
Brimmeier, a former Democratic PR aide, was a VP in GPG's public affairs unit after six years handling assignments in the entertainment, digital policy and charitable cause spaces.
She was previously at Burson-Marsteller on accounts like the National Capital Region Emergency Preparedness Campaign and SAP.
On the political front, she was Pennsylvania communications director for the 2004 Kerry-Edwards campaign and was press secretary for Rep. Robert Borski (D-Pa.) and Nick Lampson (D-Tex.).
Senior VP Jim Papa, a former Obama White House aide, heads New York-based GSG's Washington office.
