Don Baer, CEO of B-M, expects Pierce to provide "steady and dynamic leadership" to the U.K. operation along with focused and strategic client service.
Carter who remains senior counselor at B-M, plans to open his own PR/polling shop.
After leaving his Labour post, he joined B-M's Penn Schoen & Berland Assocs. polling arm and chaired its EMEA work.
