Judith Czelusniak, former top communications exec for Bloomberg LP and Tyco, has been tapped to counsel clients of TransMedia Group, a Boca Raton-based firm led by Tom Madden.
Czelusniak was chief communications officer at Bloomberg for six years before stepping down in 2010. She will continue to advise clients independently from TransMedia.
Madden said Czelusniak's experience in global communications strategy, corporate branding and marketing, media and social media relations, and crisis management will be an asset to the firm's roster.
Earlier, she was senior VP, comms., Tyco, through the trial of disgraced CEO Dennis Kozlowski. She was VP/comms. for AGCO Corp. and worked on the agency side for The Dilenschneider Group, Morgen-Walke (now FTI Consulting) and Hill+Knowlton Strategies.
TransMedia is planning to open a Tel Aviv office this year.
