portThe Port of Brownsville, the Texas deep water seaport on the Mexican border with a $2B economic impact, is searching for a PR agency.

The 80-year-old port wants a firm to guide media relations, community outreach and other PR on a bilingual basis, including development of an overall strategy to position the port’s “value and impact” to the public and business community.

The port said it has not yet set budget parameters around the account. There is no incumbent.
