Seth Oster, whose PR career has spanned government, agency and corporate posts, has been as global head of corporate communications of United Talent Agency, the Beverly Hills-based talent agency with an A-list roster.

Seth OsterOster, who exits the top PR slot at Vulcan, takes on a role vacated by 17-year UTA alum Chris Day.
He previously led communications and public affairs for the Environmental Protection Agency, along with top posts at KPGM, the Motion Picture Association of America, Napster and SAG-AFTRA.
UTA's talent includes Harrison Ford, Mariah Carey, Bryan Cranston, Ice Cube, among scores of others.
