Bolt PR, which started out as a one-woman-shop in Southern California, has just celebrated its 10-year anniversary with the opening of a fourth office in Boston.

“An estimated 96 percent of businesses fail within 10 years, so to be among the four percent that are still running, not to mention thriving, is a testament to the incredible people who comprise this agency,” said Caroline Callaway, president of Bolt Public Relations.

The Boston location joins the headquarters in Irvine, California and offices in Dallas, Texas, and Raleigh, North Carolina.

Bolt has debuted a new website in honor of the anniversary and is recognizing staffers key to the firm’s growth by sending team members a unique gift each month and offering one employee an all-expenses paid trip to visit and work with two other offices for a week.

The new Boston office is headed up by recently-promoted senior director of agency services, Adrienne Wojtaszek.

“Our expansion into Boston follows years of successful partnerships with clients and media in this market.  Built on the foundation of 10 years of agency success as well as our incredible team, we are positioned to meet growing demand in this market, coupling local expertise with Bolt PR’s national reach,” Wojtaszek, said.

Current Bolt clients include Brixx Pizza, Car Wrap City, CycleBar, El Pollo Loco, Ever-Pretty, Harvard Sweet Boutique, Meathead Movers, PizzaRev, Sablon Chocolate Lounge, Seasons 52, TriDerma, Unscripted by Dream Hotels, VIRginia International Raceway and XBAR Fitness.
