Cognitive Operational Systems, Inc. has issued a request for proposal for an agency that can plan, coordinate and administer PR services in a bid to raise media outreach visibility for the intelligence software as a service company.

COSY is looking for an agency that can leverage earned media opportunities in target markets to position the company as an aisle intelligence technologies leader and to promote the company among its target customers.
Scope of the work includes executing targeted PR campaigns to generate customer leads and interest among potential personnel hires and investors, creating and promoting COSY promotional videos, representing COSY to the press, planning press conferences, targeted trade show appearances and PR events and positing the CEO as a thought leader, as well as writing and distributing press releases to print, online and broadcast media, coordinating messaging with the COSY marketing team and tracking coverage and measuring efforts.
Submitting agencies will be evaluated on qualifications/experience, knowledge of COSY and the project requirements and technical aspects of the work, as well as written presentation and project costs.
The chosen PR partner will be retained for an initial one-year agreement with an opportunity for continued annual renewals to follow.
Deadline for proposals is Friday, June 30 by 4:00 p.m.
