Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Gould+Partners facilitated the acquisition.
Full-service agency Chicago Digital specializes in web design, online marketing, social media and SEO. The Chicago-based shop was founded in 2009.
Hackensack-based Beckerman owns real estate and professional services shop Beckerman PR, as well as b2b/energy/tech/health agency Antenna, Eco Branding and Paul & Zakheim Associates. Beckerman in a statement said the acquisition brings the agency an expertise in digital and online services which it can now provide for its new and existing clients.
