Marino has promoted Tom Corsillo to senior vice president of land use and public policy. Corsillo, who came to the firm in 2005 and most recently served as a vice president, has developed and executed campaigns on behalf of some of New York’s most high-profile development projects. Those projects include supporting Starwood Capital’s rezoning of the 15-acre former United Hospital campus in Port Chester and City Council approval to transform the Bronx’s historic Kingsbridge Armory into the largest ice sports facility in the world. In his new role, Corsillo will continue to expand upon these initiatives on behalf of Marino’s clients.

Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Marketing has named Jeff Tobler to the newly created position of senior vice president, television publicity and communications. Tobler had been vice president, publicity, at the company since November 2015, serving as chief strategist for special publicity initiatives and projects related to the studio’s TV programming. Before coming to Warner Bros. Television, he was a publicist at The CW Network and its predecessor, The WB. In his new position, Tobler will have oversight of all consumer publicity and strategic business communications related to original programming produced by WBTV’s scripted television production units.

Crosby Marketing Communications has hired Matt Mazer and Jamie Heathcote as associate digital program managers, working on paid search, email campaigns, analytics and optimization programs. Mazer joins Crosby from Omnitracs, a fleet management software company, where he was an account manager. Before that he was a digital research analyst at Telemundo Media, the Hispanic-focused division of NBCUniversal. Heathcote comes to Crosby from Millennium Marketing Solutions, where she was a digital marketing coordinator.
