Burson Cohn & Wolfe has appointed several regional leaders. For North America, Chris Foster, previously executive VP global business development for Burson-Marsteller, will now serve as president, North America for BCW. Laura Eder, who was president, North America for Cohn & Wolfe, will assume the role of BCW’s executive VP and managing director of North America. In Asia, Matt Stafford, who served as president, Asia Pacific at Cohn & Wolfe, now becomes president, Asia, BCW. Burson-Marsteller’s Margaret Key will take on a new role as leader of AxiCom, BCW’s global technology brand, across Asia. In addition, Scott Wilson becomes president, Europe & Africa, BCW. He currently leads the region for Cohn & Wolfe. Sunil John, who led the Middle East region for B-M, is now president, Middle East, BCW, and Francisco Carvalho, who was president and CEO of Burson-Marsteller, Latin America, is now president, Latin America, for BCW.

Bullfrog + Baum has named Arthur Bovino digital director. Previously, Bovino was executive editor and a founding editor for the food, drink, recipe and travel site The Daily Meal. He has also served as managing editor for the online indie food site Mouth.com. In his new role, he will oversee Bullfrog’s social media, influencer relations and content creation teams, leading strategy development and execution of digital-led campaigns for the agency and clients. He will also direct and manage the evolution of all agency-owned channels. “His past experience as a food and travel writer combined with his deep understanding of what it takes to cut through the clutter in the digital realm will augment the quality work our team is already delivering, while setting the department up for new growth,” said Jennifer Baum, president/founder of B+B.

Experiential marketing agency George P. Johnson has appointed Larry Ezzelle VP of operations, with oversight of GPJ’s Nashville-based fabrication and graphics operations. Ezzelle comes to GPJ from exhibit and event marketing company Czarnowski in Atlanta, where he served as operations manager. Prior to that, he worked at 1220 Exhibits in Nashville and the Custom Building Company in Murfreesboro, TN.

Dezenhall Resources, Ltd. has named Steven Schlein, Maya Shackley, Josh Culling and Anne Marie Malecha partners. Schlein, an executive VP, has been with DR since 1999. Previously, he served as press secretary to ex-Senator Frank Lautenberg. Schlein directs the firm’s business development. Shackley, a DR veteran since1990, is executive VP/CFO. Before joining DR, she worked as a stock and bond trader at E.F. Hutton, Smith Barney and Drexel Burnham Lambert. Culling and Malecha, both senior VPs, joined DR in 2013. They oversee client services, account strategy, crisis and PA.
