National Football League has named Jocelyn Moore executive vice president of communications and public affairs. Moore has been with the NFL since 2016, serving as senior vice president of public policy and government affairs. Prior to joining the NFL, she was a managing director in Glover Park Group's government affairs division and co-led the firm’s health & wellness practice. Before GPG, Moore had a 15-year career in the United States Senate, including roles as deputy staff director of the Senate Finance Committee, deputy chief of staff and policy director for Sen. Ron Wyden, and legislative director for Sen. John D. Rockefeller IV. In her new role, Moore will oversee the communications, social responsibility, and government affairs areas. "Jocelyn brings a perspective and passion for communicating to our fans and other stakeholders that will strengthen our voice and put the focus on our game," said NFL COO Maryann Turcke.

Uproar PR has hired Christina Pantin as managing director. Previously, Pantin was a senior vice president at Abernathy MacGregor, a director at Brunswick Group and vice president, public relations at Samsung, heading the company’s product PR team for the B2C and B2B markets. Her agency experience included media and communications training for C-suite executives, crisis communications, media and investor relations, content creation and executive branding. She was also at Thomson Reuters for over 20 years, working as a correspondent, bureau chief, editor in charge and general manager in New York, Dallas, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Hanoi and Bangalore. Pantin will play a strategic role at Uproar, focusing on managing and growing its clients and team.

Diamond has been a PR and social media consultant for Winston Wolfe and PR and event development manager for Josh Wood Productions. He has worked with such brands as Jimmy Choo, Stella McCartney, UNICEF and the TriBeCa Film Festival, garnering coverage in Billboard, Cosmopolitan, the New York Times, Vogue and Vanity Fair, among others. In his new role he will handle influencer engagement and celebrity dressing, as well as editorial opportunities and high-profile events.
