Horn president and CEO Sabrina Horn said Raine's experience at large agencies and her own firm will be invaluable to Horn "at this particular stage of growth." Raine brings a roster of clients along in the move and will head West Coast operations and international business for the firm. London-based global B2B and tech agency BondPR acquired Raine's Rainemakers PR in June 2010 and merged it with Bond's San Francisco outpost.
Raine held top posts at Waggener Edstrom (head of West Coast), Weber Shandwick (EVP Bay Area), Porter Novelli (EVP) and Ogilvy PR (VP of Europe).
