Apollo Global Management is receiving PR support from Joele Frank, Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher in its $1.3B acquisition of CEC Entertainment, the owner of the Chuck E. Cheese chain.
The $54-per-share cash offer is a 25% premium on CEC shares as of Jan. 7 and follows a review of strategic alternatives by the CEC board, which is recommending the deal to shareholders.
