The Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau is providing the first-ever heated bus shelter in Midtown Manhattan this month to promote the area's beaches.
Finn Partners' M. Silver unit is promoting the push with the CVB as part of "The Beach Looks Good on You" campaign.
The shelter is one of the city's busiest – between Lexington Ave. and Third Ave. at Grand Central Terminal. Commuters were given free metro cards and sunglasses at the stop at an unveiling Jan. 15.
A Jan. 28 beach bash at Grand Central's Vanderbilt Hall is on tap, as well as free beach-themed rickshaw rides.
