Relocation and moving services provider Sirva is relying on Sard Verbinnen & Co for PR counsel as the Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.-based company pursues an initial public offering to raise up to $175M.
The company, which serves 1,800 corporate, government and consumer clients through units like Sirva, Allied and northAmerican, posted 2013 revenue of just under $2B with net income of $9.7M.
