The council of governments for the St. Louis region is dangling a six-figure PR contract to guide the "All Ready" campaign, an emergency awareness outreach effort funded by the federal Dept. of Homeland Security.
FleishmanHillard worked on the first three phases of the campaign since 2010. An RFP released by the East-West Council of Governments is open through May 5 and covers outreach through media relations, social media and digital. Key to the outreach are populations with disabilities and functional/access needs.
Budget is capped at $140K with 15-20% allocated to advertising or paid digital.
