Gil Schwartz, senior executive VP and chief communications officer, CBS, who writes for Fortune magazine under the byline Stanley Bing, addressed 100 people last night at the New York Institute of Technology on the subject of his latest book, The Curriculum: Everything You Need to Know to Be a Master of Business Arts.

Schwartz is listed as one of the top nine executives of CBS in the 2014 proxy statement, holding 58,136 shares worth about $3.3 million. He has been with CBS and predecessor companies including Westinghouse Broadcasting since 1981.
