The former senior VP at Global Strategy Group joined B-M in 2011 as digital practice chair.

He has counseled IBM, Google, Democratic National Committee and the presidential campaigns of John Kerry, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

Prior to GSG, he was chief digital officer of Air America Media and one of the founders of American Online’s political advertising unit.

Burson launced Proof IC in 2009 by consolidating its Marsteller advertising business with its PSBcreative counterpart at Penn Schoen & Berland polling outfit.

It has about 100 staffers who service 125 clients including 50 Fortune 500 companies.
