ICR and Kekst and Company were PR advisors to Apax Partners' acquisition of Answers Corp., the parent to social Q&A site Answers.com.
Funds controlled by Apax said Aug. 11 they inked a deal to acquire AC from its founders, Summit Partners and TA Associates for an undisclosed sum.
St. Louis-based AC also includes cloud data services ForeSee, Webcollage and ResellerRatings.
Kekst represented Apax in the Americas for PR regarding the deal, while UK-based Greenbrook Communications worked overseas media.
ICR supports Answers' PR operation, which is led by director of corporate comms. Cristina Dinozo.
