branda adrianLegal services provider KCC has former a strategic communications offering and hired crisis PR pro Brenda Adrian as managing director.

Adrian until July led Strick and Company's East Coast restructuring practice and was a 19-year veteran of the Los Angeles-based crisis specialist.

KCC, the former Kurtzman Carson Consultants, provides technology-based administrative-support services for the legal sector, including document discovery, class-action settlement administration and corporate restructuring support.

KCC president Bryan Butvick said the new communications offering will complement is existing services, providing PR counsel for clients involved in litigation, mergers and other events.

New York-based KCC is owned by Australian financial data and technology giant Computershare.
