indcorIndCor Properties, the Blackstone Group-owned indstrial real estate company slated an IPO expected to raise up to $1B, is working with ICR for financial communications.

The Chicago-based warehouse landlord said Sept. 8 that is has filed to offer shares to the public, although the value and size of the offering have not yet been determined.

Bloomberg and the Wall Street Journal reported in August that the IPO could fetch about $1B, valuing the company at around $8B.

Blackstone, the New York private equity giant, created IndCor in 2010. Its industrial and warehouse properties are in 24 states and cover 118M square feet.

ICR managing director Phil Denning and VP Jason Chudoba handled the IndCor assignment.
