east endNew West of Louisville is handling a $1.7M communications three-year effort to educate the driving public about tolls on the East End Bridge and Interstate 65 bridges that are under construction downtown.

At a Sept. 15 presentation at the Ohio River Bridges Project's joint board, NW outlined plans to educate people about the toll collection process and how to sign up for vehicle transponders.

Andrea Brady, PR director of NW serves as project manager for the campaign, according to Louisville Business First.

The firm's outreach includes creating a brand, campaign tagline and promotional materials..

The East End Bridge opens in October 2016, while the downtown span opens two months later.
