Allison+Partners has acquired the staff of San Mateo-based New Venture Communications to bolster its Silicon Valley presence.
New Venture co-founders Rich Moore and Lisa Kelaita, veterans of Edelman and Shandwick, respectively, take managing director titles at Allison to lead its Valley presence. NV senior VP Robin Bectel joins San Francisco-based Allison in Washington, D.C.
Clients of 10-year-old NV include First Solar; spatial IT Boundless and women-in-tech group The Anita Borg Institute.
