Revlon named Benjamin Karsch executive VP/chief marketing officer to replace Julia Goldin.
Most recently, Karsch was CMO at insurer Cigna, where he re-launched the brand from a B2B focus to a more consumer-centric orientation.
He also revved up Cigna's mobile, marketing analytics, customer insights, and customer experience capabilities.
Earlier, Karsch handled global marketing for Las Vegas Sands, consulted for McKinsey & Co. and held brand management jobs at Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson.
At Revlon, he is responsible for the consumer unit's brand marketing, product development, consumer engagement and PR.
Victoria Ashley heads global PR.
