frazeeKorea has signed well-connected Twinlogic Strategies to a $25K per-month contract for legislative strategy and government relations duties.

Elizabeth Frazee, co-founder of the D.C.-based firm, spearheads the Korean push into matters such as immigration and visa policy issues.

The contract went into effect Feb. 1 and runs through July.

Frazee is a 30-year Washington veteran who left Congress for the government relations director slot at Walt Disney Co, where she was industry rep in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act negotiations and worked the Federal Trade Commission to enact the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

She also was VP-public policy at AOL and helped navigate its blockbuster merger with Time Warner and effort to pass the Permanent Normal Trade Relations Act with China.

In 2009, Frazee launched Twinlogic with Sharon Ringley, another Capitol Hill alum who went on to Amazon.com to direct public policy in key areas such as Can-SPAM Act and Internet Tax Freedom Act.

Politico has called Twinlogic a "top women-owned influence shop," while The Hill ranked on its list of "top lobbyists."
