Communications and public affairs chief for the cosmetics industry trade group the Personal Care Products Council takes the reins of the Alliance of Marine Mammal Parks and Aquariums, the Virginia-based global association for zoos and parks like SeaWorld and Six Flags Discovery Kingdom.
