Boston's Beacon Health Options has hired Jay Curley as executive VP-corporate affairs and chief of staff to CEO Tim Murphy.
The more than 25-year PA/government relations and policy development veteran was running his own firm, which counseled the behavioral health management company.
Before establishing his own shop, Curley served as senior VP and chief government/PA officer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
Murphy said Curley's experience "will be a valuable asset to the company's commitment to bring our significant thought leadership to decision-makers to effect positive change in the health care landscape."
