Gener8 Maritime, the oil tanker operator slating a $100M IPO, is relying on Joele Frank, Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher for PR counsel.
The New York-based company, incorporated in the Marshall Islands and led by shipping magnate Peter Georgiopoulos, was formed in the spring merger of General Maritime and Navig8 Crude Tankers. It owns a fleet of 46 vessels to ship crude oil.
Gener8, which posted a $47M net loss for 2014, slates a New York Stock Exchange listing.
