Hill+Knowlton Strategies pro Sebastian Schwark has joined UK's Portland as director & head of its New York outpost.
The 15-year veteran has worked mergers & acquisitions, energy, labor disputes and climate change issues.
At Portland, Schwark will guide its push into highly regulated sectors such as financial services and healthcare. He takes over for Charles McLean, who now leads the office in Doha.
