digicelDigicel Group, the Caribbean and Pacific island mobile telecom provider founded by Irish billionaire Denis O'Brien, is relying on Finsbury for PR counsel as it pursues an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange.

The Bermuda-based company provides mobile telecoms, broadband and cable services in countries like Jamaica, Haiti, Samoa and Aruba, among 31 markets. It filed for a $200M IPO June 26, reporting $2.8B in revenue and a $158M net loss for the year ended March 31.
