Hispanic votes are seen as crucial in battleground states like Nevada and Florida for the 2016 campaign. Clinton's campaign will seek to hold onto or build on President Barack Obama's 71% of the Latino vote in 2012, while Republicans attempt to make inroads in the growing demographic.

Buzzfeed reported that Clinton's camp is considering a strategy akin to a Fortune 100 company to reach the Latino vote, including talking to PR and strategy firms experienced in the corporate communications realm.

Coca-Cola marketing exec Wendy Clark took a leave from the beverage giant in December to advise Clinton's burgeoning campaign.

Jim Margolis, partner of advertising and messaging firm GMMB, heads media for the Clinton campaign.
