Veteran corporate IR and communications exec Lynn Antipas Tyson has moved to outsourcing giant Atento as VP of IR.
Tyson was VP of IR for CHC Helicopter through its January initial public offering.
She held senior IR posts with PepsiCo, Dell and Yum! Brands, the latter through its spin-off from PepsiCo.
At Dell, she led both IR and global corporate communications.
Publicly traded Atento is the top outsourcer in Latin America and No. 3 globally. Revenues for 2014 approached $2.3B.
