A well known pediatric AIDS group is calling for proposals to create a new strategic communications plan and tagline to reposition the organization and broaden its position in child health.
The Washington-based Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation released an RFP this month for a communications firm to create a blueprint with three goals. First, to enhance its position as the "go-to" organization on the elimination of pediatric AIDS. Second, the pitch its broader maternal and child health and health systems services. And finally, to increase and diversify its supporter and fundraising base.
The work includes an updated communications audit, message development and testing, and identifying core messages and potential spokesmen.
Firms must indicate an intention to pitch by May 16 with proposals due May 30.
