Weber Shandwick Tuesday announced key executive changes for its global practices.

Jennifer Sosin has been promoted to Chair, Global Strategy & Insights. Sosin, who was previously Chief Research Strategist, will be based in the agency’s Washington, D.C. office. She will be responsible for the firm's strategic planning operation to integrate data, research and analytics across all media channels.

Weber also promoted Josh Gilbert to Executive Creative Director, Global Practices. Gilbert, who will be based in Weber’s New York office, will drive the agency’s creative programming. He was previously executive vice president of creative.
