PeppercommPeppercomm has been named to the list of 100 Best Workplaces for Women 2015 by Great Place to Work and Fortune. The New York-based strategic communications and marketing agency ranked 64th on the list.

Women now represent 60 percent of executives and 58 percent of all employees at Peppercom.

The Fortune ranking considered employee sentiment via a survey indicating that employees take pride in the agency and value work/life balance and workplace culture.

Peppercomm offers several perks such as a day off for your birthday, stand-up comedy training—Peppercom co-founder and CEO Steve Cody has been known to moonlight as a comedian—telecommuting and bring-your-kids-to-work day, which both moms and dads can appreciate.

The agency also offers the ability to telecommute, which 98 percent of its employees take advantage of.
