Next Fifteen Acquires Publitek

PR and digital communications group Next Fifteen has acquired Publitek, a UK-based, technical B2B digital shop focused on content marketing.
NF is paying about $9.8M mostly in cash for Publitek, which works with clients like Intel, Sony and Ericsson. Publitek CEO Bob Jones remains with the firm.
NF CEO Tim Dyson said the marketing sector is becoming specialized and tech-driven sparking the company to seek out firms like Publitek, which specializes in semiconductors and component markets.
Publitek revenues for 2015 were just under $8.5M.
NF's PR roster includes Text 100, M Booth and The Blueshirt Group, among others.
