Woodland Hills, CA-based automotive and lifestyle agency JMPR Public Relations has been named agency of record for classic car show The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering.
Often heralded as Monterey Car Week’s crown jewel, The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering celebrates the heritage of sports and racing automobiles, bringing together motorsports enthusiasts and collectors from around the world to view classic, international automotive designs. The event, hosted by Peninsula Hotels division Peninsula Signature Events, was founded in 2003. The 2016 event will take place on Friday, August 19 at the Quail Lodge & Golf Club in Carmel Valley, CA.
In addition to supporting The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, JMPR is now charged with handling a series of Peninsula Signature events, including the Quail Rally and the Peninsula Classics “Best of the Best Award.” JMPR will be responsible for elevating awareness of the event, maintaining coverage across national and international media outlets and leading its social media strategy. The agency will also help handle media credentialing and sponsor relations.
