As co-CEOs, Reitermann and Wertime will lead the marketing and communications giant’s growth in Asia, which remains the largest agency in the region, with 39 offices in 19 markets.

Each will assume responsibility for specified markets: Reitermann will remain in China, and will also continue to serve as China CEO; and Wertime will remain in Bangkok, and will be responsible for Southeast Asia and India. O&M’s regional headquarters will remain in Hong Kong.

Reitermann and Wertime succeed Paul Heath, who will move into an international role as worldwide executive director and chief growth officer, and will lead a plan for securing and managing a global portfolio of clients. Heath will report to John Seifert, former chairman and CEO of Ogilvy North America, who was named Ogilvy & Mather worldwide CEO in January. Heath will also remain chairman of O&M Asia Pacific.

O&M also announced that OgilvyOne Asia Pacific regional president Jerry Smith will succeed Wertime’s role as O&M Asia Pacific COO. He will be based in Hong Kong, and will report to Wertime and Reitermann.
