Zach Leibowitz New York-based financial PR firm Dukas Linden Public Relations has promoted Zach Leibowitz to the role of executive vice president.

Leibowitz, who joined DLPR in 2010 as a senior account executive, most recently wore the title of senior VP. Prior to joining the firm, Leibowitz was a talent producer for Fox Business Network’s morning shows, and also served as a national sideline reporter and talent producer for ESPN. He previously held production stints at ESPN and ABC News.

As executive VP, Leibowitz will head the firm's broadcast operations, and will lead DLPR’s accounts in its asset and wealth management and professional services groups. He will also lead executive media coaching sessions along with DLPR president Seth Linden.

DLPR chairman and CEO Richard Dukas said that Leibowitz’s work “has proven to our clients that broadcast is an extremely valuable brand-building tool for financial and professional services companies and their executives, particularly when coupled with distribution tools such as social media.”

DLPR in 2015 accounted for nearly $5.3 million in finance-related net fees, ranking as one of the top ten PR firms in the financial category, according to O’Dwyer’s rankings of PR firms. The agency, formerly known as Dukas Public Relations, in November changed its name to Dukas Linden Public Relations to reflect Linden’s expanded managerial role.
