Brian needs to understand that PR is NOT protected as with attorney legal advice or medical advice, period! Zit is an arrogance to think otherwise.
I can't imagine this being legal. We have to give confidential advice to clients in situations like legal matters, mergers and acquisitions and large financial transactions. How could that info be made public? It just doesn't make sense. This is an over-reach and dangerous to our roles as counselors.
Patrick Crosby needs to cool it! Were he still in the press, he would hafe used every means possible to dig out the stuff he now wants protected because he "crossed the street" for better income and maybe power. No one can put the knock on the guy for grabbing s good opportunity. BUT if he wants to take on the mantle of the oppressed, he will hsvr to renounce all those yearsof journalism when exposure often resulting from questionable tsctics were often heralded as tough journalism.
