Healthcare marketing services network HealthSTAR Communications has appointed Joe Tardibuono to the role of executive vice president.

Tardibuono arrives at HealthSTAR from medical communications agency Hudson Global, where he served as senior vice president of business development. Prior to that he was specialty divisional manager at New York-based pharmaceutical company Forest Laboratories.
Tardibuono will now be responsible for establishing a new business unit at HealthSTAR that focus on promotional medical communications. He’ll report to HealthSTAR CEO Chris Sweeney, and will sit on the organization's operating committee
