German Journalist to Head Siemens Comms in Reorg

Michael Inacker, assistant editor-in-chief for the German newspaper Handelsblatt, will move to PR this fall as VP of corporate communications and branding for the engineering and electronics giant Siemens, a major U.S. government contractor.
